"Extremely helpful fixing our computer, especially at short notice. Went out of his way to assist us and I would have no hesitation in recommending his service."

We don't just install hardware — we configure and optimise it. We ensure BIOS/UEFI settings are updated, power delivery is sufficient, and the system is fully benchmarked and tested. We also offer ongoing remote support to tweak settings post-installation.
Absolutely. Many clients purchase components from online retailers but need help putting them together. We can install them, check compatibility, and let you know before you unbox anything if a part isn't right for your build.
Yes — we install SSDs, RAM and logic board components for both Windows PCs and Apple Macs, including MacBooks and iMacs, and handle OS reinstalls and driver setup after hardware installation. See our Apple Mac repairs page for more.
Definitely — tell us your budget and preferences (1440p, 4K gaming, streaming, VR), and we'll select compatible, reliable parts, then build, configure and test everything for peak performance. See our custom computer builds service.
We can't physically install components remotely, but we can assist post-install: driver updates, firmware flashing, RAID setup, BIOS tuning and thermal monitoring can all be done remotely once the physical parts are in.
Of course. Part of our value is education — we'll explain why a particular NVMe SSD is better than a standard SATA SSD, or why you might need a higher-wattage PSU for future-proofing.
If you're starting completely from scratch, our custom computer build service covers full assembly, not just individual parts. Not sure which component's actually failing? Start with hardware repair & diagnostics. General computer trouble that isn't hardware-related? See computer repairs.
We install and upgrade hardware across the Gold Coast, and dispatch technicians widely across South East Queensland.
